Sunday brunch at Duck&Waffle!

Sunday brunch at Duck&Waffle!
The London restaurant scene is as strong as ever. Many new places are opening, some in areas that haven’t seen much activity in the last 2-3 years. In the City of London at the recently finished Heron Tower, the last 3 floors (38-40) are occupied by two restaurants: Sushi Samba and Duck & Waffle. As you would expect the views are great!
Most reviewers agree that the latter is better in terms of food quality, therefore that was my choice for Sunday brunch. I thoroughly enjoyed the food (who would have thought that roasted duck on a waffle would taste that good), the service and the amazing views on this warm and sunny day. As they plan to make the most of their licence and stay open 24-7 they will definitely be seeing us again.
After lunch we went 2 floors down to the outdoors bar of Sushi Samba for some cocktails and some more food, which didn’t thrilled me but that may be due to the amount of food we had consumed an hour ago :)
I was wearing:
Topshop top
Maje shorts
Isabel Marant boots
Hermes Birkin Bag
Hermes bracelet
Forever 21 bracelet
Alexander McQueen bracelet
Topshop rings

About the author

This blog aims to become our archive for the few moments in life that are worth remembering. A collection of pictures that represent our "fancy world" or how we would like the real world to be. It will include what we are passionate about; the concept and our favourites might change frequently but the subjects will remain the same; fashion, food, travels, having a good time. Hopefully, in a few years we'll be looking back at those moments of happiness and still feel excited about the choices we made at that point in time, although there are no guarantees :) We hope that the glimpses of our fancy world will help you seek more fancy moments in your life!
