La Boqueria!

La Boqueria!

Barcelona’s most popular food market is considered to be one of the most exciting ones in the world. It opened in the 12th century and has been popular with locals and tourists since. It’s a very colourful market and everything is on offer, including tapas counters frequented earlier in the day by locals and later on by tourists. The two most well-known tapas places are Pinotxo and El Quim, which is the one that we tried this time. The food was amazing, focusing more on the quality of the ingredients and less on the technique or the presentation. I wish I could try more dishes, but after last nights dinner that was all I could handle! Definitely coming back to this food mecca 😉
