Copenhagen Day:2!

Bror is the latest restaurant to be opened by ex-Noma sous chefs. It opened in the beginning of April and has already received quite a lot of publicity from food bloggers, probably because (the owner and head chef of Noma) Rene Redzepi prompted his twitter followers to support their effort. What a great gesture!

We loved the squid (hence we order it twice!), we found the idea of recreating a rib with beetroot excellent, we enjoyed the tartare and the celeriac with bacon, we finished the deserts in seconds! All in all this is a great restaurant with a lot of potential.
